He watched as I walked out , hiding in the bushes like a coward, takes my photo and make George Knowingly Make A False Police Report And Sheriff Tried To Arrest Me Cottonwood, California

I am a good neighbor but I have been targeted by a wealthy realitor who is slowly turning my neighbors against me to get hold of my land. August 24, 2011 I went to my house to make repairs and paint the outside. When I found I was locked in I had to walk out and neighbor George Purdy waited for me in the bushes and took my picture. He called the local Tehama County Sheriff and tried to have me arrested. I have been good friends with George for forty years and in the last couple years he has been associating with Running L Realty and telling me they told him I was a bad person. George and I used to get along very well and now this company has poisoned my neighbor's mind against me. George has seen the Deed of Trust to my property several times and he knows where I have a Deeded access. When I showed these papers to Chad Parker of T,C.S.D. he said "yes it works for me" and I was able to go on with my business. Neverhteless there was a false report made against me willingly and I had to go to the sheriff's department with my papers and proove to them I was not trespassing. The sheriff has also seen these papers many times and I have given them copies.

I have documented hours of film of George on his ATV trespassing on my property. I have asked him why and he tells me Running L Real Estate has asked him to watch me and call them when he see's me coming to and from my house. He is retired and nothing better to do with his time than bother me, my family and friends.
Three elders from the church I have attended for 23 years came out to see me and George and Kristeen Higgins stopped the three friends of mine, took their photos, and asked who they were. They gave their names and were not intimidated by their threats to have them arrested for traveling to my home.
Over the years my church family has seen the destruction these people do to my home and try to damage my reputation. No one was ever arrested, due to the fact I presented all my legal documents to the court and proved I was not doing anything wrong.
Four days later my home was vandalized so bad it cost several hundred dollars to replace. To see photos of the destruction of the water lines and electrical to my home please go to http://candylandstarranch.blogspot.com/
