George S May ripoff Chicagopark Ridge Illinois

I was approached by May about a month ago and we decided to give them a try. What the hell, $200. We only wanted help on employee bonuses, rewards, etc. We told them send one guy and we'd see how things went. Like many people, we got two and just about never got rid of them. They showed up on day two (we thought they were long gone) and told us that the "no fee" resignation letter they gave us the day before had not been approved by the corporate office.

Day two we receive a bill for around $3000. We told them to hit the road. They stipulated that we would be sued. We then advised them that we had taped every conversation after day one. The consultant listened to the tape and stated that he would lose his job if Chicago found out. Well, in about 30 minutes with us not paying Chicago found out. They were pretty much-hell, I don't know how you describe those kind of people-but after being informed of the tape their lawyer backed off. We have paid nothing, plan on paying nothing and look forward to meeting them in a Texas court, if they really want to try it.
