Sales tactics are Sweet and all positive until after they get the sale. Beware!!!!! After you've signed the contracts they will not honor promises. Only use them for financing do not buy a car from them. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from them and was only given one key and no manual 3 mos ago. I still don't have a spare key or manual. I the one key that I have is a partial key. I'm still getting the run around. These people are not trustworthy.
