Geovid and IM Capture for Skype IM Capture for Skype refusal to give refund for product that did not work, no support, no response, support person barely spoke english Internet

I downloaded a product that cost $59 that was to record phone call via Skype. It is called IM Capture for Skype. The company who sold it is called Geovid. Their name is nowhere on the product site, but when I bought the product online, I got an email from Geovid.

I needed to use the product right away to record a business meeting. I am an experienced technology user.

The product did not work and I repeatedly emailed for support and received poor responses with incomprehensible instruction in broken English. I then called for support but no one answered the support line most of the time and there was no way to leave a message.

A day later, I got through by phone and talked for a long time to someone who barely spoke English. The product still did not work. I asked for a refund and said I was going to buy a different product as I had important work to do and could not wait any longer.

Four days later, the same person emailed me to say they refused to give a refund because I didn't have "a good reason." !

I emailed and called GeoVid's other number listed on a web site and emailed the sales department via the email they provided. No response.

This is BAD BUSINESS and I need my $59 back. The product I ended up buying from another company worked perfectly and provides immediate and great support.

HELP !! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS from GeoVid and do not buy IM Capture for Skype !

This is Internet commerce at its worst.
