Geovid advertise online several Software products. I downloaded trial version then purchased the Vidcrop Registration Key via credit card 12 April 2014 and received an automated email from them that my order would be processed within 48 hours.(my experience is that Registration Keys are sent to you by email within 30 minutes of payment received).
No further communication received from Geovid. I have sent several emails to their Sales at Geovid, there is also a send/reply for issues on their webpage, again no response. Further, they advertise contact mail address on website support at Geovid, but this mail address is 'dead' it appears as my mails were returned. Looking at comments on their products on their webpage, it appears nothing updated since 2010. If you call their Tel. No. on webpage you get an answer machine to leave messages, but of course again no reply. I have been Ripped Off!
