to set the record straight regarding this filing by jason swing of swing media,there was a past individual that was doing business with pure motoring group in henderson we are a auto detailing,window tinting,and acessories location we opened in 2010 and actually shut our doors at the henderson location almost 1 year later check public records to confirm when that was done mike paquioa continued to use the company names as a open and reputibal company which was false because we did not do any sub leasing within the company this was something that mike brought to the table from his prior experience in the industry,he made up 3rd pary contracts with the pure motoring group letter head,but his own direct cell phone number as the contact number,he targeted listing on the website swapalease to get their vehicles from them to take over the financial responsibility,which when clients agreed he would have them sign and notarize the release of the vehicle to be in his possesion so 1st off if anyone signed their vehicles over to him they did this on their own will because they did think it was legit enough of a transaction,each and ever client that signed their vehicle over to mike was in direct contact and sole contact with him only not anyone or myself from pure motoring group,this was brought to light after i recieved a few emails about cars that were given to mike and shipped directly to a place arranged by him and only him,when clients wanted their vehicles returned mike would not answer them back so they reached out to me because my name was on the company after speaking with a few clients and helping them recover their vehicles of course there was a few that still wasn't happy about the situation and then took to the internet to slander my name for revenge,1 person was jason swing of swing media he was really upset about the deal with mike and felt he was scammed,he informed me that he had called a friend of his henry that worked for orange county police department to look up mike pham which is the name mike paquioa used to take in the cars and henry said pham was in custudy and has been for 2 years,which we know that wasn't true so then jason goes on to say that he wanted to find mike paquioa personally and have him shot in the leg and said it doesn't cost that much to have someone hurt these days,i then gave a few people that knew of this situation with mike taking in cars still under pure motoring to explain the ongoing issues we have been having with this matter and then i guess jason takes to the internet site ripoffreport.com and post that i am in this scam with mike which is untrue and can and will be proved,if any questions contact me direct424 666-8677
