GetGripGo unknown Plea to cancel my order when I learned they hit my bank for $76 was answered by recording..no Humans? I was told first order was $14.95 and second was 30% off. No so. Total charged was $76.60. No Wallingford, Connecticut

The next day or so I went online to my bank account and they had hit it for $76.00. I called GripGo and only got the recording. At each break (my address, etc) I would say my name and "Cancel My Order." I never talked to a person.
I wrote them a letter, and to date have not received a response. Shipping and Handling can't be a factor because it is advertised "free" online. I am 75 years old and husband is 80, and on Social Security. I feel like this is a real rip off and I also feel helpless to find an effective way to let my situation be known.
