GetResponse says NOTHING about a no-refund policy when setting up the account. I canceled the following day after spending 45 minutes on hold trying to get support help (which is ironic, considering their company name). Although I never used their service at all, my credit card was charged a monthly fee of $45. When I called GetResponse about it the fellow (Jason) who finally answered said that indeed my account was canceled but their policy is to keep the fee anyway. I switched to Constant Contact and have been assured that they have NO such fee-thievery policy and that if I should cancel I'd receive a refund. Beware of GetResponse!
