Getspecialgifts said that they would give me a $75 gift card if I completed one fo their offers. I completed the offer, went to the redemption site and this is what it said:

However we have not yet received the Gift Redemption Voucher for your account.
In order to receive your $75 Visa Gift Certificate, you must mail us the Gift Redemption Voucher.

Please enter your contact information on the gift voucher.

4) Mail It!

So I clicked on the link and saw the voucher, printed and mailed it to thier address.

I have mailed it in since November 11, 2004 and still have not received any response from them or from their customer service on January 4, 2005 - 8 weeks almost. So I sent a message to their customer service and printed off the voucher a second time and mailed it in again, this time being careful to include both the PO box number and the room #. I still have not received any response from thier customer service department, and I have not received the gift as promised. So, I sent them another message letting them know that I will report their company to the badbusiness.com website, and I hope that they will respond now and that their prospective customers will be aware of their practices.
