Gian Petersen is a crooked Slum Lord that that WILL rob you. She refuses to give leases, then will not give a receipt for monies paid. She encourages prostitution as a way to pay rent, and threatens people when things do not go her way.
She does not pay for work performed around her property located at 9712 11th Bay St. in Norfolk, VA. While there she has promised to pay for minor repairs done to the property and well as the development of a website, she has never paid for work performed.
The property located at 9712 11th Bay St. had a bed bug infestation and she did not treat the property properly. She instructed residents to "go get raid, and take care of it yourself."
BEWARE, DO NOT rent an apartment from her, she will rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
The apartment is not insulated, therefore the energy bills are through the roof. There is sand everywhere, and although it sits on the beach, the sand finds it way through the windows. The windows are broken and not sealed, single pane. There is not enough room in the trash dumpster for all the units, because she is to cheap to supply a bin big enough.
9712 11th Bay is a run down disaster, do not rent an apartment there, you will be sorry!
