I filled out the on-line trial offer form only to realize at the very end in very small print, that this was a negative order website. This means that if you don't contact them to cancel your order, they continue to ship and bill your credit card. I backed out of the online order page believing that the order had been cancelled. When I arrived home a month later, there sat the order I thought had not been sent.

Anyway long story short, I have tried to call the 800 number listed on their website, but it can not be accessed from Canada. I tried the customer service email address and it doesn't seem to work either.

So please beware it is extremely difficult to cancel these orders. I have called my credit card company and put a stop to any charges from them.

How you provided me an alternate phone number to contact your offices so that I might cancel any further orders.

When I tried to use the "contact us" feature on your web page, it will accept all the required information but when you hit send...nothing happens. No thank you for contacting us, nothing stating you will be in touch. Nothing.

Here is how our program works:

Giavonie skincare offers a 13-day free trial period for you, the customer, to try our products first before being billed the 30% discounted price of $89.90. When you sign up with our program, you agree to be billed a processing/shipping and handling fee up front before receiving our two 30-day supply products. From your sale date, you have 13 days to try the product before you are billed. This is all explained and written on our page, PRIOR to you entering any payment information at www.trygiavonie.com. We DO NOT have this information in fine print or hidden on our page by any means.

We allow our customers to try the product first and within 30 days from their sale date if they are not satisfied with the product they may return the UNUSED portion of the products to our warehouse for a refund, that is, if they have been charged. We do not accept our merchandise past 30 days from the customers sale date.

If you are within your thirty days from your sale date you MAY return the unused portion of our products. If you would like to keep the products you will be billed for them. Please reference back to our website if you are unsure of our Terms and Conditions, at, www.trygiavonie.com
