I signed with Gibson Trust in 2001, at first I had a few initial problems, but things straightened our until July of 2002. I phoned and faxed numerous time, sending documents showing how my creditors were not receiving payments. I know that the Debtor, Gibson Trust, were in receipt of my payments as the money was taken directly every month from my checking account. I have filed a Proof of Claim form with the Bankruptcy Court. A total of $1937.00 of payments I made to Gibson Trust, with late fees, is due to me from payments that Gibson Trust did not sent to my creditors.

Since this was cash taken directly out of my checking account to me it was stealing and they should pay me back.
