Here is the response I received in the mail: "This is to acknowledge receipt of your complaint against the above referenced business (Gibson Trust) and to advise you that we have begun the informal mediation process, as mandated by section 570.544(3), Florida Statutes.
It sounds nice, maybe something will come out of it.
