They are resurfacing under several names as mentioned by numerous victims. Call ccfc's. Of course you cant speak to anyone. If you select option 3 and then hit the star key, you will be able to get a directory. Any familiar names ? Scott David, Kira, Cheryl Chambers, Thomas Allen, JoAnne, Hope Hall, Mike K, Lisa Grillo, Sara Kenny, Surge Alexus, Larry Galavick, Robert Zamecki, Glenda, Angel Johnson. Of course half the names are probaby bogus. Go to overture.com's search engine. When you put in Gibson Trust, the first listing that comes up is debt zappers. This is Gibson also. The lawyer for Gibson is a Timothy Setterlund. Of course his e-mail no longer is valid. His phone number is 561-470-9635. What a guy, the answering machine that picks up is the actual lawyer. I know a few lawyers and none of them answer their own phones. This guy is out of Boca Raton Florida . 10374 Boca Entrada Blvd. Apartment 113. Boca Raton FL 33428-5803. Can't hurt to call and ask for our money back.
Obviously ex-gibson employees have some important information. PLEASE post it and help us get the thousands of $$$$ that were stolen by Gibson. If you know things like where Natalie works, Peter O'Toole is Patricks brother etc, help eveyone put a stop to them.

Although it is claimed there is no relation between Gibson and CFCCS, another website of interest, seems to say differently. Quite differently. FYI, even if a website is turned off, you can usually see what it looked like up at webdev.archive.org. You can view changes made thoughout an address' history there too.

I reviewed all the scam Gibson websites I could finr. I found that Brad Jonzten was the one who created the webste and I fund his e-mail. I did e-mail him an ask for any information regarding Gibson and explained what they had done. He returned my e-mail stating that Gibson owed him money too. I asked for additional info as he obviously had some contact people at Gibson. He has never returned my e-mail. I went on to register.com and he was the one who registered the domain names for several Gibson scam sites. I think he has more info about Gibson that would be helpful and I hope that the Attroney General will have issue him sub-peona. Gibsons lawyer - Tim Stterlund also should be investigated. I'll be visiting his offices on my next trip in a week or so. I am sure all of you would love to see what the Center for credit counseling offices look like. I also have the name and number to the complex offices that obviously rented space to Gibson. I did manage to gather some other info about possible employees of Gibson but it will take a little longer to investigate this. Thank you to all the ex-Gibson employees especially CARLOS.

Yet another company involved

I have been contacted several times by a company also out of Florida, First National Credit. The individual that has been calling me says that they have interceped several e-mails that I have sent to GTI and they can give me a better deal and help me out of the situation they also stated that they have intercepted thousands of e-mails daily about complaints on Gibson Trust INC.
Here is my first question to the individual, how is it possible to intercept that many e-mails especially when I only sent my e-mails from my personal e-mail box to a specific individual Mike K. who was mentioned earlier.
I have contacted Ms. Shana Sakoff and relayed this information and the phone number to the company and the names of the individuals. Seems to be another AKA for Gibson Trust and the company is just going to continue to scam individual who have already been scammed.
Here is the thought of the day, being prior military I can only think of this company this way. We are all afraid of being attacked by individuals overseas and worried about war in the USA against terriost and here we sit being attacked by our own people.
On a lighter note, I have got in touch with CBS 60 minutes and gave a brief run down of the company and the people being financially ruined, hopefully in the near future this story will be aired.

www.online-savemycredit.com appears to be another web site for Center For Credit Counseling Services(CFCCS) as well as
www.no-bills4u.com
They are all connected!
It is registered to the same man named Brad Jontzan in Deerfield Beach who is also listed on the Goldstar Financial systems web sites.
Which also includes consolidation.net
consolidation.net was the CFCCS's main website, but now it appears that consolidation.net is not available at the moment. (they must be scrambling to clean up some stuff that would connect them with Gibson or something like that)
Also,
since you are an employee or ex-employee of Gibson Trust, I am wondering if the employees or ex-employees of Gibson Trust know that Goldstar Financial Systems (Gibson Trust;s predecessor)
has an IRS tax lien against them for $84,000
That is a lien for non-payment of SS taxes between March and June 2000.
These are taxes that they were suppose to pay for their employees.
I wonder what the owners Patrick and Donna O'toole did with all that money that they didn't pay the government? These employees got ripped off by the O'toole's as well!!!
I would like everyone to check out the www.baddealings.com website since there is starting to be alot more traffic on that site about Gibson Trust as well as this site.
Start posting your complaints there also.
Then there is a better chance that more people can be warned about Gibson Trust, and the people who run it that are trying to start up another operation under different names.
The more complaint sites that hear about Gibson Trust the better!! We want that name to be known all over.
We also want the names of the people that ripped us off known,too!

I have visited the CFCCS office

I live in Florida and visited the CFCCS office today. First, the office park is right off of interstate 95 and there are many reputable companies in this office park. The CFCCS office is suite 106. Suite 106 is down stairs nobody answered the door.
The door was locked and I knocked for 10 minutes. Nobody answered the door. Anyone doing business with this company should check them out. Why would the door not be answered. There was also a sign in the window which stated that they do no receive cash, checks or money orders at their office.
I dont know if Gibson had the same sign or not but WHY wouldn't they accept funds by mail especially money orders etc. The office is small and I cant imagine that too many people work inside the office. What kind of business does not answer it's door. Sounds very odd.
I appreciate all the feedback from ex-gibson employees and understand that there may be innocent employees that got screwed. That being the case, why not help those who were also screwed.

I also do want to add that another debt consolidation company named norstar consolidation is part of Patrick O'tooles pocket as well.
Check out everything that I am saying.
It is all public information.

It appears that the consolidation.net web site is unavailable right now. I am sure they are scrambling to change some things on that site since their fast pay contract is pretty much the same a Gibson's.
The point is that these scum people have been putting up web sites to attract us desperate people and it all basically is leading to the same organization of rip offs running the show.

everyone knows that gibson was once goldstar, every one knows www.consolidation.net was cccf's website. go to register.com and check out www.consolidation.net, check out who owns it, and ask yourself how come that website is no longer availeable after the 2nd. Bring these people down look into something called vanguard, or hartford credit and you'll know what to do. maybe contact the federal probation dept, and ask if that so nice of a guy mike k. fits the description of mike kupferman, this is all public record. do your homework.

This is for all the people who think that Center For Credit Counseling Services is a re-opened Gibson Trust. CFCCS is a totally new business that is a legitimate credit consolidation company that IS DOING ITS JOB. If you're in doubt, search this site for a complaint... you won't find one because it is HELPING ITS CLIENTS do what is supposed to be done. By calling and harrassing the employees (who had nothing to do with what happened at GTI), you are just making it difficult for them to continue to do their jobs effectively and potentially messing up their clients' lives because they are trying to deal with the overload of calls you are making.
I understand that GTI has totally screwed-up some peoples lives and I'm not trying to defend their actions, but you need to stop blaming the employees and start looking at who actually signed the checks and made the decisions where the money actually went(aka Donna O'Toole). The employees that you are so easy to blame were told the same lies that they had repeated to you. The place was run like a prison camp and they were afraid to speak up for fear of losing what little income they were getting. Have you ever been afraid to lose your job and not be able to feed your family, especially in a recession? In the end, they walked in to find that they were losing their jobs anyway. Now, because of what the owners have done to so many good people, they cannot even say where they have worked (many of them, for years), use thier names, or work in the industry again. Please stop attacking the employees for what happened because they are victims too... why do you think so many have spoke up here? They are still trying to help you but your unwarrented and undeserving attacks are hurting your cause.
Also an update... the Florida Attorney General has filed civil charges against the owners...
