I ordered an Easter Gift Basket for delivery the Saturday before. The online picture and description show a large Easter basket that included fresh fruit: oranges, apples, grapes, bananas and pears in addition to Easter almond candies, chocolate bars, chocolate eggs and a chocolate bunny. They delivered a fruit basket with only apples, bananas and oranges. It was not as pictured or described. When I contacted them, they asked me send them a picture of what was delivered. Obviously, I did not have that, and three days had already passed.

Mary,

It sounds like this was a very frustrating experience for you, and I would feel greatly let down had this happened to me.  I have looked into this and noticed the basket you purchased (Gift #2371) contains fresh fruit and chocolates only.  That being said, the design center did make a mistake and only included fruit in the delivery.  

I want to apologize for the disappointment with the delivery.  We have been in contact and refunded you in full for this mistake and I hope you'd be willing to give us another chance.
