BEWARE of Rebecca Alexander, formally of Covington, Georgia, now somewhere in Los Olas, Florida and BEWARE of Bryan Stone, presently residing in, both, Senoia, Georgia, and somewhere in Los Olas, Florida. (or ,as they LOVINGLY call each other, Bonnie & Clyde)

Even though Im not at risk of losing hundreds of thousands of dollars, as some are experiencing, I have been placed in a position of having to sell our gold (which included wedding rings & family heirlooms) and other personal items, in an attempt to pay bills and not lose our home.
Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone, after BOUNCING one of my paychecks, then claiming the bank was having issues, transferring funds, from her over-seas trust account, ignored paying my weekly wages, for my next three payroll-periods. Rebecca (or Bonnie as Bryan Stone lovingly calls her) recommended I remain working from my house as she cleared the mess up (note recorded correspondent below). I have several weeks worth of emails, recorded phone conversations and text messages of Rebecca and Bryan lying, to maintain the illusion I was still employed, and should be expecting my payroll as soon as bank issues cleared up.
I have never received the monies owed to me. I call this area FRAUD by DECEPTION

After I continued working and waiting, as recommended on Feb 25th, (noted above). When I didnt receive my payroll again Tuesday, March 5th, I reached out to an investor, and then silent partner, Cyrus Keefer I was extremely surprised to learn that the dynamic, of the business relationship, as explained from Bonnie & Clyde, was a LIE. Mr. Keefer explained he had been on location two weeks prior and asked to meet with me. At that time, Rebecca Alexander & Bryan Stone told Mr. Keefer that I had been dismissed, two weeks prior, due to being confrontational with other staff. (I would love to read a response from Bonnie & Clyde, on this, as, I have never been informed, or have received any dismissal papers, from either of the parties, of my termination)

Someone forgot to notify me of the decision to fire me I have documentation and correspondence, through Tuesday, March 5th that I was still employed and receiving phone calls for advice on vendor meetings between Rebecca Alexander & Bryan Stone..
Today is April 21st, 2013, and, to date, Ive not received via digital, audio or USPS, notification of any dismissal They violated our contractual employment agreement, defaulted on employment terms, have NOT paid the state required taxes, and have violated Department of Labor regulations!
I have since learned, from other victims, that BOUNCED checks are in their possessions, which have NOT been rectified, and payment defaults, which Ill refrain from specifics, as legal actions, are in process. I also learned Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone are circling the South Florida areas, like sharks attracted to blood, seeking other investors for other half-baked projects...
I was withheld, one weeks pay, at the start of my employment. They also didnt pay me for another three week period. Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone have Ripped Me Off a total of $6,174.00 in payroll (which according to the Department of Labor is a wage and hour violation). I hold them accountable for the weekly hotel relocation charges totaling $7,650. In addition, note part of the contractual stipulation (note section 3.3 of my employment contract below). I explained I would NOT resign from my prior employer unless I was guaranteed 12 months employment with the Gilleys Florida locations

3.3 If Employee's employment is terminated for any reason, within twelve months of the Effective Date, other than as described in Section 3.2 above, Employer shall pay to Employee a severance benefit consisting of a single lump sum cash payment equal to the value of 100% of the remaining Base Salary that Employee would have received between the date of such termination of employment and the end of the remaining twelve month period. Such severance benefit shall be paid no later than sixty (60) days following Employee's termination of employment. The severance benefit paid pursuant to this Section 3.3 to Employee shall be in consideration of Employee's continuing obligations hereunder after such termination (including, without limitation, Employee's non-competition obligations).

Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone went to great lengths to prove their financial stability for the business and agreed as contracted. They defaulted on their contractual obligation and are now financially negligent on the $70,200.00 balance of year, plus $6,174.00 in un-paid payroll and my lodging expense of $7,650.00.

They target and persuade individuals to invest and lend their names to "business deals". Their entire conversations about being equal partners with the Gilleys Florida project, former religious
DVD/real estate/mortgage/wrestling/construction millionaires, owning million dollar estates, one being the former Burt Reynolds mansion/ranch in Senoia GA, luxury cars, copies of documentation from island banks, with trust accounts showing millions in deposit, and multi-million reality television deals with a known network (which Ive been in communication and they have no knowledge of the confirmed deal) to lure you in and gain your trust.
I would tell anyone DO your research, DONT believe everything you are told, go to the Newton County, and Coweta County Courthouse or government building and discover whose compound was being auctioned and who really owns the mansion someone is paying $1,900 a month to rent, and search and review financial cases I, as well as, other victims, wish I had. It may save you hundreds of thousands.
Why am I drafting a report on RipoffReport.com? The lies from this group are so extensive, unnecessary, calculated and thought out, it would amaze! In fairness, I will reflect only the facts, as I know; Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone were often offended when prospect, and current, investors questioned the security of their investments. Rebecca ALWAYS referenced, She has invested over a million into the project already, well over everyone else and why question her
integrity! I encourage the facts to be drafted here as proof of this claim.
It was my observation, Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone were utilizing the investment of others, in un-audited fashion, not paying many vendors, and often mis-representing the caricature and work ethic of others (i.e. architect, vendors, staff, investors and ME) who questioned the normal business practices of Bonnie & Clyde (as they affectionately call each other) .
How was I Ripped-Off?
I met Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone in Atlanta, GA, where they were negotiating, with me, to rent a substantial portion of the building I managed. They were looking to build a wrestling facility for Heroes of the Ring, a training area where an un-named reality show would be filmed, in addition to, a retail store and a museum. I observed, and even sat in on, a few meetings where they were pitching the concept to other Atlanta business men, hoping to gain investors. I dont know if they ever gained these investors for the Atlanta project, which now greatly resembles the Gilleys Florida project. I was offered a lucrative arrangement to leave my employer and re-locate to help with the Gilleys Florida project called Gilleys Country Rock within the Hard Rock Casino Seminole Paradise located at: 1 Seminole Way, Suite 5739. Hollywood, FL 33314..
When I started employment, I was hired under the ruse that Rebecca Alexander, Bryan Stone and Cyrus Keefer, were equal partners in the project. It was also explained that Mr. Keefer was so extreme, Rebecca Alexander had him under contract, as an employee, and required he had no day-to-day involvement with the Gilleys Florida project, due to conflicts with Bryan Stone and others, in general.
It was not until I recently reached out to the Silent Partner and Employee, per Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone, that I learned, from Cyrus Keefer and his associate, the reality that Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone were contracted representatives of Cyrus Keefer for Gilleys Country Rock. Mr. Keefer assured me that he was unaware of much that was happening and assured me he would at least make sure I received my past payroll from Rebecca Alexander or Bryan Stone, or, if needed. would pay me himself. I shared all the details and had a brief sense of hope for the project.

Avoid drinking the Kool-Aid offered by Rebecca Alexander and Bryan Stone (Bonnie & Clyde) or like myself, you may end up losing your home and valued possessions
