i ordered 2 videos for 24.99 and got them but after 2 or 3 weeks they sent me another video with out my permision i clearly told the person that i talked to not to send any more videos after my first and final purchase and they still did and after 2 or 3 weeks i got another one in the mail

im trying to contact someone and i can't get a hold of anybody via e-mail i need help please THANK YOU
