at its best!

I really wish I'd gone to this website before ordering these DVDs for my boyfriend. I, luckily, was probably one of the few that knew it was a subscription for the videos, but I understood that I could cancel if I didn't want them anymore.

WRONG!

It's nearly impossible to actually get them to stop sending me the tapes and charging my boyfriend's checking account (through his debit card number). We have called three times to get them to cancel, and I have three seperate cust. serv. rep names and two supervisor names, but to no avail. I never thought about a cancellation number, though. I thought it was done, but just yesterday I recieved another tape in the mail -- now *I* have to spend extra money out of *MY* pocket so I can ensure that it is actually recieved and I have some PROOF of that.

It sickens me that all these phone reps I have been talking to have been lying to me. I feel like there's no sturdy ground here at all! How can I ENSURE that this will get cancelled and our account won't be charged anymore? He will talk to the bank and see if they will stop any payments from their company but that's the thing that bothers me the most, there is NO WAY to get any PROOF that these people are doing ANYTHING THEY SAY!

I'm just so upset. I wanted this to be simple, but now I see that I have an ardous task ahead. They are so NOT WORTH nearly $25 a month. If you're thinking of going thru the company RUN AWAY.

Only Way To Stop This is to Cancel Your Credit Card

AUTHOR: Catherine - (U.S.A.)

I had this same thing happen to me a couple years ago.

I called my credit card company dozens of times and had the charges removed, sent the videos back for months, but just kept getting them. I wrote them countless letters with no response.

In the meantime, I filed a complaint with the U.S. Postal Service and the Secret Service regarding credit card fraud. I did get a response from the Post Office, but had already cancelled my credit card just prior. That was the only way I found to get rid of them. They stopped sending the videos to me when they couldn't bill my credit card anymore.
