Girls Gone Wild has lyed to me on the phone several times sending me merchandise I did not order. The first time I ordered 2 DVD's and was sent 2 totally different ones from the 9.99 starter ones. I had had several times recieved VHS instead of DVD previously and so I returned the stuff and asked for a refund. The return went through OK. The person that handled this claim said the salesman who lied to me on the phone would be dealt with.

A few weeks later I got a call saying we are sorry about what happened to you and see all the money youve put into our company and wed like to make things right by sending 9 DVDs and you just pay shipping. I have spent alot with them (around $1000.00) so I thought this was a serious attempt to get my business back. I said ok to reciving a particular 9 disk series.

When the box came it again wasn't what they said they would send and in fact half of the DVD's that came I already owned. When I called to get it returned they said the series they had told me they would send me didnt even exist, and that if I wanted a return I would have to pay shipping myself (which I did). I asked to speak with a manager and they said there are none available one would call me.

I've since called back week after week for months and am always told "a manager will call you back about this situation"

The delivery confirmation shows they recieved my package July 12th. Its now the 26th and the money isnt returned to my account...... and it gets worse.

Since this Ive recived two more packages and been billed again. I didnt oreder this stuff and marked it return to sender and sent it back unopend. I called G.G.W. about this and they told me that my name had been given to the sister company VVDirect, that the packages and billing were from them, and that all they can do is give me a number for their customer service. I called and I was told verbatem that a manger must handle this situation, isnt available, and will call me back the same day. Its been 8 days, and Ive not heard.
