FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. If you have a correct address then you can file a civil claim. Write a certified letter explaining what money you want returned and mention you will file a civil claim in 10 days. Pay the court cost and go through the process and spend a lot of your time. Hopefully your will get your money back or a court decision in your favor with 10% interest; plus court costs. If they still do not pay then you have to file a lien or other form so the constable can go collect. Good luck!
