i was called repeatedly untill they finally got me personaly on the phone. they had the last four digits of a credit card of mine and insisted that i signed up for a program that got me a numer of different products for a discoun price. i refused profusely and told them to take me off their list of calls. after spending almost 20 minutes on the phone with a female "cancelling" me from all of these product programs i still recieved these ridiculous dvd's two weeks later.
