Glamour Shots Gave away appointment after booked online-told online booking doesn't book an appt?? Deptford, New Jersey

I spoke with the manager Sarah at Deptford Mall Glamour Shots on 10/29/11 about booking a sitting for my three children. I booked my appointment that same day, 10/29/11 online for 11/8/11 at 2pm. I received a full confirmation letter with date/time and a confirmation number for this appointment date/time. Sarah of deptford mall stated that because I didn't call her right back after I received the confirmation email from booking online, despite having already spoken to her prior to booking this, that she gave my appointment away. She sent me an email that stated she needed to simply go over details for the makeup artist and photographer for our appointment on her DAILY phone calls to my home (I was away on business last week) & emails yet never once said she gave our appt.date/time away. I took off work for this appointment,extended family bought gift cards for us for this appointment, and now Sarah gave our appointment away. Never once did she state she would do this in her emails or phone calls. I will call our attorney Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller if this appointment date/time is not honored. Corporate needs to contact me ASAP.

 I am appalled at this. I have documentation to prove that Sarah never stated I must call her or I lose my already booked and confirmed apt date/time. I have the confirmation letter as well to prove this. Sarah is unwilling to honor our appt date/time me despite her error. She was unprofessional and she said that booking online and confirmation from her in her multiple emails was not actually confirmation and booking online never guarentee's an appointment despite the confirmation letter afterwards. This is false advertising then and why should anyone book an appointment online? I either want my appointment honored or the cash back for the gift cards that were purchased for this fake appointment apparently. If this is my experience before we even have the appointment, my faith in this company and having a good outcome from an appointment is very low now. Shame on you Glamour Shots/Sarah at Deptford Mall.
