Glen Lerner & Associates After seeing "$100,000 TAX FREE BENEFITS". ad on tv for injured veterans thought I'd check it out-- what a rip off!! Las Vegas, Nevada

When the girl answered she stated "what topic are you calling about?" I told her I had seen the tv ad and wanted to know more. Then she asked if I was in the military from 2001 to the present. I told her I got out in early 2001. That is when she stated they were only taking people that were in the military from Oct 2001 to the present. I then asked "so, even tho I'm 100% service connected disabled since I got out in early 2001 I don't qualify for your program? Then she just hung up on me without a word!
Talk about PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If this is the kind of people this Glen Lerner & Associates employes I would never talk my business there!! This occurance leads me to believe the previous complaints about this business!! Thank God there are lawyers around that at least care about the people they encounter & service.
Be very careful before you hire these people!
