To whom it may concern This is now my 4th email which I will remind you that I haven't had any acknowledgement of so far. As an update, today I finally received the shipment - or half of it as you failed to include the necklace only earrings the earrings were present! Let's remind ourselves of the context here - I simply played this online order for a gift for my mothers birthday, hence selecting 'FedEx' option to have it delivered in good time (1 to 2 days). It is now over a week since my mothers birthday (whom the gift was for) and I get half the order fulfilled some 15 days after placing it. You may deduce from my opening comments that I am incensed - appalled in fact at your company and it's service. Moreover, I am exasperated how you've managed to stay in business with this diabolical customer service. Sincerely, Glencara has surpassed any previous negative customer experience by a country mile - surely a fact that your business cannot be proud of. In this day an age I will exercise my rights as the online, empowered customer Since you have decline to respond in any way I willow be actively doing my best to warn other potential customers of what is in my opinion a truly appalling service and online retail business! My 'campaign' as it were will start with every social media and online forum I can source. It goes without saying I will not be using Glencara ever again. I would like to conclude however that the invoice below demonstrates that we have effectively entered into a contract where I've paid for goods/service which you have not yet fulfilled! I would like to know when I can expect the necklace and clearly, would also like some refund or compensation for the wholly unnecessary and disjointed delivery and fulfilment service you have outsourced to FedEx and yet charged me over £10 for. I would appreciate a response by email but will endeavour to call you 'toll free' line tomorrow. Regards Peter Meyer
