Glenn Gardner Jr./ Shoe22.com rip off purchased 2 pair of Jordans on May 17th they processed my payment but I have yet to get my shoes, or no response to my e-mails. Internet

I e-mailed them on numerous ocassions and got 2 responses, but the e-mails Mr. Glenn Gardner sent me did not respond to my requests.
It's been nearly 2 months now and I still haven't received my shoes or any response from him on tracking and delivery information that I requested to help me find out what happened.
I contacted pay-pal who processed the transaction and they told me that they couldn't help me because the 30 day period had passed so they couldn't pursue him on my order.
This company has bad business practices and I'm truly concerned about what I can do to get my money back.
If anyone can help me in any way please do so, and to anyone thinking of purchasing from them I wouldn't advise it.
