In Feb. Of this year after filing bankruptcy I turned down a company telling me they would help me build my credit back following a very long and draining device. I had a talk with a friend that had gotten a credit card for the same purpose. And all was fine and well for her. She told me that she recieved that card 65 days later.

So the company called again. Being a single mom and 3 kids and no child suport it was hard enough to make it somedays let alone with help at taking me for everything I did and didnt have left.I took the card. By doing so I had to give them my routing numbers off my account. Have done so to pay a few bills from time to time I didnt think alot about it.

On April 18th I was to have gotten the card a few days back. I called my bank to ask the balance on my account needing med. for one of the kids. The teller told me it was neg. $210.97 knowing that there was no way possable I began to ask ? alot of them at that.

As we went thru all of the credits and debt she told me that on april 3 2003 there was a teledraft #4458 for $249.00. There was no #4458 on my records My account didnt go that high. I asked for a phone number or name.It came back as Globel Biz 1-888-250-3797. Wrote that info down and went went on. Then on april 17 2003 she informed me that another was taken #777 (should have been 666). So we sent that one back hoping that it wasnt going to retun as untimely.( and it in fact was stopped)

I got off the phone with the teller and she and I both started making calls to find out what was going on.

At Globel Biz I was told they only take the money for the united card sevices people and that I would have to hold on just alittle longer. So I didnt. I got the number for united card and demanded answers.They told me that the company that prints the cards where backlogged by about 4 weeks. Please just wait 2 more weeks. and it would be there.

On May 3rd i called Globel Biz back and they told me they didnt handle United cards work anymore and I would have to contact them. Telling them I was not getting any answers on that phone or returns in the vioce mails they gave me Carrie Reeds number.416-744-7595. She answered on the 2nd ring. Her response was " I dont know why They give my number out I only make sure that the cards are sent out". Funny I think thats exactly who I was looking for. She told me that the cards where sent out and she was so sorry that my money was drawn out twice. I told her that the second one was stopped."wow what a great bank you have".

After making $25.00 in Long distance calls. I still have no card no money and in the hole for nsf charges on my account. Worst part is my kid still doesnt have her glasses.
