Tried to withdraw $500 and nothing came out. Called the bank and they decided to temporarily credit me back the amount, since I wouldn't lie about something like that. I don't have any other claims in my history of banking with them.
Claims denies it a month later and takes back the money. They say that the ATM company says everything balanced out and the footage shows otherwise.
I'm furious and respond with a snarky, "So, you have footage of me putting $500 in my pocket?"
Silence. Chase bank must be in cahoots with Global Cash Access or Excalibur casino. Bottom line is that the money wasn't dispensed to me. I looked more than once and felt my hand in every corner of the opening of the machine. It's extremely unlikely that I was not able to feel or see $500 coming out of the machine.
Horrible company. Horrible everything. Stay away from these ATMs and I'd even say leave Chase bank because they're thieves and evil for siding with such a company. Don't stay at Excalibur in Vegas either if they continue to use Global Cash Access ATMs. All terrible, horrible people.
