Global Cash card is one of the worst financial service institutions you could ever use/work for. First off they have horrible, and unfair fees. The worst part about their fees, as many of you may know, is that they're excessive. They charged you $1.00 for being DECLINED at an ATM, $0.80 for being declined for a credit transaction, and $0.45 for a debit transaction. Their ATM withdrawal fees are one of the worst I've seen in all of my experience. The worst part is that the people who mainly use these cards are people that live paycheck to paycheck. What kind of company does this to people?

In addition, their customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen. Their "Upper Management" is composed of supervisors that are barely in their early twenties. These supervisors are young, have no experience outside of global cash card, and have no college education. After about 4 months of being a customer service rep, you may be promoted to the DDS department, which is the people that handle all of the direct deposits. Would you trust young, uneducated, and inexperienced people with your hard earned money? 

Also, they violate PCI Procedure. The same customer service representatives that take your calls, are required to simultaneously process the pay cards and send them out to the consumer. Last time I checked, this leaves their liable for lawsuits.. 

Global Cash Card is one of the worst companies ever, and their mother company World Processing should also be taken down with it. If you guys have any questions, contact me because I have first-hand experience with the staff and the customers. Don't let young uneducated people handle your money, and don't let this company rip you off any longer!

Everything that has been stated about this company is 100 % true, after all I worked for this company. When I first started reading this post that was started by a cardholder,It sounded just like they were an employee or former employee. I would just like to add a few more facts about upper management.Global Cash Card has employee's that are supervisors and account managers that are Illegal Aliens, that's right using someone else's social security number that is a citizen. Now this is a very big deal seeing that these individuals have access too hundreds of thousands of card holders personal information. I hope one of these days Meta,First California, and First Citizens banks look into this.Many of these employees started working there about eight years ago, before it was law that employees names and socials be run through the governments system to be verified.This company's very poor polices regarding disputes lead to many BBB complaints. Visa gave this company over a million dollars to put in a fund to give card holders their funds from fraudulent transactions in a timely manor instead of their usual policy of 30 - 60 days. Visa simply gave Global Cash Card these funds because they were tired of their name and the bad publicity of it bringing them down.As said earlier in the previous thread, customer service representatives are forced to work on processing personalized cards while taking calls, this is a major violation of PCI Compliance. And most important of all I am not a former employee with a grudge what so ever, after all I have not mentioned any names for a reason. The only purpose of this is to tell the truth about how this company operates.

I agree entirely with the difficulties the other consumers have been having or did have with Global Cash Card. They are the most difficult and unhelpful individuals to deal with, in my experience you are told one piece of information such as "yes you can use us for a tax return" then they reject the return which results in an undue hardship of over 3,000.00 for my family.  No where in their policies and procedures or the FAQ's does it state that my individual situation should have ever happened.  In fact when questioned about why it clearly states in the policies and procedures that clearly define that what happened should not have several of their employees simply stated that's not how it is and its not going to change anything. 

I would like to see the owners and leaders of this company be robbed of over 3,000 dollars that was desperately needed for survival and then remain polite. I understand every company has policies and procedures but my families experience has proven they do not obviously provide universal training to put all of their representatives on the same level with the same information and if they do then it is not obviously enforced because I would not have been told that even in our situation our tax return would be fine.

Now I am out 3,226.00 for a representative there not knowing how to do his job and as with many of the others on here I spent hours on top of hours on the phone and basically being stuck in the infuriating situation of having to deal with representatives who do not help and supervisors who do everything they can to not take calls. I understand GlobalCashCard12 or whatever the screen names of their people is will come on here singing the praises of this company but I can assure you they do not care, the fees they charge are not competitive for this industry and their customer service department makes Spring pcs look like a top rated establishment.

So you, sir, are denying the fact that cards are processed inside the customer service suites by the Customer service representatives while simultaneously taking calls from cardholders? I was told, by an upper management member, that this was violation of PCI procedure and confirmed by another. I am not a disgruntled employee, I just want to the world to know exactly what goes on. In addition, I have names, e-mails, and dates of these events. I do have to resort to lies to make my point, and it is sad that Global Cash Card has someone to rebuttal complaints by just plain lying and making up numbers. 

You guys are the "leaders" in paycards because you make it so cheap for your clients to use them. They save money on mail, checks, etc. but the employees are the ones that have to suffer. There was countless  instances in which I received calls where minimum wage workers would lose a substantial chunk of their paycheck to your fees. I am not a disgruntled employee, I just hated to see the company rip off so many employees that live paycheck-to-paycheck.

Upper management is composed of various experienced employees. These employees have more than 200 plus years of combined experience within the industry.
 
Global Cash Card is a PCI DDS 2.0 Level 1 Service Provider. Global Cash Card not only meets, but also exceeds all PCI compliance requirements. 
 
Obviously this complaint is from a disgruntled employee who could not meet the high standards of Global Cash Card.
