i went to the atm friday morning and tried to take $100 out the transaction said it oculd not connect so i did it again for another $100, and they charged me for both. i called as soon as i saw it which was 1 hour later and they told me no one could help me that day or over the weekend the department does not come in on the weekends which is weird because when i called it was a friday. so they made me leave a message. saturday comes around and they call me back but i missed the call when i call them back they say no one is in that department and this was 5 minutes after they called me. so i call back monday someone hangs up on me twice after being on hold for a long time. so i finally get to the department and they say it takes 30 days to get a dispute. after all is said and done i ask for a supervisor and they had the nerve to tell me shes not in and she will call me back. ive never had such a unprofessional experience in my life. horrible service and lets just hope you dont have anything go wrong on the weekends because they wont do anything for you. so now im $100 short on rent and now still paying late fees because global cash card cannot give me my money
