On two different occassions, myself and my partner gave to Global Equity Alliance monies in exchange for them underwriting Real Estate deals.

Many attempts were made to find out progress, but was meet with only getting answering machines. When any contact was made, excuses were given, and we were told to get extentions on our property deals. E-mails were sent and never responded to by answers in a timely manner.

These actions lead to deals being lost, and all monies being forfeited.

Different Experience

GEA had just wrapped up a deal for our company.  Our experience with them fortunately is the opposite.  We found Mike and Kim to be very responsive and we received updates constantly via phone calls and e-mails.  What I think people don't understand is that they work with individual investors and the terms and conditions are set by the comfort level of each individual investor.  Delays that come along with the transaction is due to demands from the investor and not necessarily something that GEA has control over.  We had a few delays with our transaction but it was not anything GEA had done wrong.  At the end of the day, our transaction was completed to our satisfaction and we find Mike and Kim a pleasure to work with.  Our company will be doing more business with them in the future.
