 Do Not Use Global Eyeglasses:  
I placed an Order #100012129 on 12/31/12 for $293 using Global Eyeglasses. order had to be canceled on 01/04/13 as one of the eyeglasses was not bifocal but it was showing bifocal on their website. I was told that refund will be processed
within 24 to 48 hours and I have to place the order again but I have not received my refund yet.  I have been calling them 3 or more times a week and getting the same answer that money will be refunded.  I have been put on hold for over 20 min each time. I requested to speak to a manger, supervisor or owner each time and was told either he is not there or busy with other customers or gone for the day and someone will contact me. I have not heard from anyone yet. when I called, I was told that money was refunded on 1/28/13, when I checked no credit was issued. I called back and was told at their end they show refund was issued. I asked since it is their gift card and they are showing credit, if I can place an order using the refund, I was told NO! 
I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau Case # 445930 on 02/07/13. Do not deal with this company, if you have any problem dont waste your time calling them, file a complaint with BBB www.bbb.org   It has been 57 days and I am still waiting for my credit and my case is still open with BBB & I will be forward the following email response which I received from Global eyeglasses:
