Contacted by Doctor from Loan, France. Wanted to purchase home in Tennessee. Chose most expensive home on list. Requested assistance in making offer.
Instructed me to contact Karen James @ Golbal Financial Management. Instructed me to refer an Attorney. Made offer via email, seller accepted via phone and agreed to wait for docs to be signed and forwarded to attorney.
Doctor has copy of Tennessee Association of Realtors purchase and sale agreement with seller's name and address. Sellers will immediately be notified to protect their accounts and etc.
Attorney checked with Rip-off report and found report # 605439 which I have read and printed for sellers to read. Also will inform Knoxville Area Association of Realtors.
The attorney may have found this information soon enough to prevent any damage. I sent the Rip-off Report to the Doctors (?) email address asking for an explanation...will most likely not get a respnse.
