Received letter by regular mail on Sept 29, 2010. Appears to be written on a PCH.com letter head. Has winning number as 383708, for grand prize winnings of $2,600,000.00.

Winnings must leave their office within 5 days. Need to contact claim agent; Michael Phillips at 1-877-410-7374 to set up method of payment. Are eligible for lump sum to be deposited into your preferred bank account.
Global Financial Trust Bank of America, will be handling the file. I called the number 2 times. First time left a message, second time the mail box was full.
Checked legistic of PCH, it didn't jive. Checked GFTBA and bells and lights went off, RIPOFF!! RIPOFF!!
