The information on the letter said to pay by moneygram or western union to the tax agent - Lucia Miller in Toronto, Ont, Cananda
If it was legitimate, why would the check be more than the taxes are? A light bulb went off. So I decided to investigate and found multiple similar ripoff scams posted.
