I went on line to order it and found Sliminex, buy 3 get 2 free, plus Super D (which they didn't send) I paid $99.00, plus shipping for a total of $109.94.
I took two pills and ended up in ER with low sodium count and had to stay 3 days.
I have called the phone (866) 246-6622 over and over again only to get a busy signal.
