Global Private Real Estate DJR Holdings The salesperson called and said he could sell our vacation property with NO UPFRONT COST. Now, an escrow company from his side is pushing us to give them $3200 to pay for someone who would physically Memphis, Tennessee

After we signed this contract with him, he introduced us to this Escrow Company - DJR Holdings which asked us to pay US$3200 upfront. This money was to pay for someone who would physically get to our vacation club and get the actual documents from there.
DJR Holdings' representative asked us to sign the contract that we would pay this US$3200 upfront, then, they will add this amount to the final purchase price. In that case, this money would be returned to us.
We trusted them so much without much thinking and we were dumb to sign those contracts. Yet, luckily, somehow I went online to search for their phone # because I did not have it on my cell phone and I needed to call them. That was when I saw all these complaints on Google and complaints board and your websites.
Of course, I stopped everything! Now, they are saying that they will take legal actions. They are threatening us with all these emails about lawyer fees, .... Basically, they are trying to SUE us because we had signed those contracts!!!
We don't know how to get rid of these people now!!! Can anyone help??? Please!
