Global Pro System - What it is and isn't..

"When I work for a company they pay me, I do not pay them so this was an immediate red flag. If this is a proven system then why can't I get paid first then pay the company a fee?"
First of all, the Global Pro System is a marketing system which markets the Vemma nutrition products line. You, as a "Brand Partner", do not work for Vemma or Global Pro Systems as an employee.
Because the Global Pro System is simply a marketing system used by independent distributors, there will be "Brand Partners" who are new to the business as well as veteran network marketers who know the ropes. There is always a possibility of "foul-up" with any system.
The original report stated that he was asked to pay $9.95 for the information pack. That is correct. But he also stated that it would be refunded within a 90 day period. That is NOT correct. The viewer has 14 days to view the material.
The $9.95 is the FedEx shipping fee. The GPS distributor does not keep any of that. Here is the info straight from the website...
"You will be billed a one-time charge of $9.95 USD for delivery at the time of shipping. The 14 day free viewing period will begin on the shipping date and will end 14 days later. If you decide to return the Home Business Training Package, it must be in its original condition and postmarked no later than 14 days after the original date of shipping.
The original date of shipping will be noted on your package when you receive it. Due to the cost of production of these valuable materials, if the package is not returned within these guidelines you are agreeing to being billed a one-time charge of $39.95 USD. Thanks once again and we look forward to working with you!"
What the viewer does not know is that each distributor shipping out the info packs is an independent distributor, and we pay $29.95 for that pack... if the viewer does not return it, we are out that expense. Whether the viewer believes that the training pack is "worthless" is not relevant. The distributor pays for the information pack as a means of introducing their business to a potential business partner.
The vast majority of the distributors are honest and do their best to provide a quality experience for their customers and potential "partners" in business. There may also be some individuals that are, shall we say, not so professional.
To brand a business as a "rip-off" because of a bad experience is not fair. I cannot attest to the problems encountered by the individual, but I will list the following information...
For GPS Billing, Tech Support, or Customer Service, please call or email:
Phone: (866)653-7069
Email: support@thegpsoffice.com
To return a US Training Pack, please mail to:
GPS Distribution

Scottsdale AZ 85260
I hope this is helpful.
One thing I do know, starting a home business has NO guarantees, any more than starting up a new restaurant or a new hardware store. Over 90% of ALL new business start ups, online or offline, fail.
The "employee" mindset of "I expect to get paid" does NOT apply to the entrepreneur. And labeling a company as a rip-off like this person did is just not right.
