We gave David Wade the fee he requested and were told they were procesisng about 120 units and it would take 60 to 90 days for closing. At closing we would receive a check for the closing cost plus out original fee of $1,399.00. All of this is a LIE. The first couple of months we had contact with Global Resorts where they would give us updates. Then as the closing time neared our calls were not returned, emails not replied to and all communications cut off.
DO NOT get involved with Global Resorts Acquisitions. Nothing good will come from this relationship.
