The FTC called me today in response to my complaint. They want all people who were ripped off by Global and/or Pantheon to send copies of their documedntation to them. Address is:

The FTC already froze Global's bank accounts and are assembling a team of lawyers to go after the parties involved. Mrs. Bailey said don't expect to get all of your money back, but they will try to get it all.
The more complaints they receive, the better chance we have of shutting them down and hopefully see them go to jail where they belong.

PLEASE, all of you who have been scammed by Global Resources, Pantheon, Tel2 or other similar scams, PLEASE call JANE GORBACHUVA at 202-616-9928.
The more documentation you can give/send her, the more snakes from Global and Pantheon will be indicted. My lawyer is planning a lawsuit now to getmy name in just in case they return some money. His name is Kevin Wilkinson, Esq in Wellington, FL. His number is 561-753-7200. Here is a Florida lawyer who can file a Class Action Lawsuit. Mention my name, Rebecca Samuels from Wellington.
Let's shut these scam artists down for good. In the past they got their hand smacked but so far no one has done any jail time. They have stolen MILLIONS of DOLLARS from us!!!! Let's work together to put them where they belong - IN JAIL. I plan to attend the trial personally since I live only an hour away.
You can call the DOJ and Mr Wilkinson separately. i don't want to organize it because I am very sick and currently living on disability. Lisa Cohan knew this too - They have no consciences. A very sociopathic bunch.

I heard from the Justice department today. They told me they indicted one William Judd on Feb 18, 2005. They also indicted someone from Pantheon and Tel2. Mr. Judd can spend up to 20 yrs in jail and retribution is mandatory. Please go to the following site to read the official PRESS RELEASE from the Dept of Justice in DC. I spoke to Jane Gorbachuva at 202-616-9928.
I am filing a lawssuit against Global to get my name in the hat in case any funds are reimbursed. I am so glad that some semblance of justice will prevail. I live in Florida and will gladly attend any trial for Mr. Judd if only to watch him squirm.
Go to www.usdoj.gov\usao\fls to read the good news. The person I'd like to see go to jail was my closer, Lisa Cohan, if that is her real name. What a slippery snake! I just went to www.ftc.gov and there is a form where you can fie an electronic complaint. That is how mrs. Bailey got my number; I filled out the form and a few days later she phoned me. She said she already had a number of people who tried to do business with Global but ended up like me - out of many thousands of dollaars.
Please go to that sate www.ftc.goc and file uour complaint. The screen has a lot of info on it but look at the top of the page and it has a boc to click to file your complaint. Email me if you need help.

I too am in the houston area and would like to get together with you all. I have filed a complaint with the Fla. state att. gen. and have the paperwork for the Tx. att. gen.
I agree we need a way in which we can contact each other without having to post our #s and/or addresses in our msg.

We are the "Houston, Texas" couple who was scammed by Global Resources, Inc. out of $34,970.00 in January of 2005.
We have sent letters by certified mail to the following

Atty General for Fl.

Urgent: All of you must send detailed certified letters to the above. If anyone needs addresses, let me know by responding.
You must notify the Atty General for your state as well. We spoke with the Atty General for Ca. who stated that yes, Global Resources, Inc. is under investigation and that it was imparitive that we inform our state atty as. Wouldn't hurt to included that the State of California already has the ball moving. Great news for www.ripoffreport.com the Cal. Atty General is very familiar with this websit!
The responses that I have gotten from several of the above are basically - "Thank you for informing us, but until more complaints come in, we will only register the complaint".
We are currently seeking legal council there in Dade County, Fl.
If any of you are willing to join us seeking legal action in regards to:
Getting our money back
Putting these people away
etc.
