I'm afraid you have joined the rest of us victims.
No one to my knowledge has recieved a refund from Global Resources. Many have never recieved any equipment. On the positive side you have been taken for alot less then many including me.($14,970)
What ever you do don't send them anymore money!

Call Global Resources Customer service demand that they return your money, they will likely tell you to write a letter to Stewart Pope. All you will get is a form letter with no one's name at the bottom except that it's from customer service.
You will get letters but no money.
Of course this is my opinion, oh yes and the opinion of the above mentioned agencies, that Global Resources only exsists to steal money.
