This company has been holding my $22,950 since November of lasy year and will not provide the boxed cell phones I have paid for. They also won't provide the promised locations. They keep telling me I will get the phones next week. I think they are only stalling so as to get as much money as they can before blowing town.

I am not getting paid. I left the company to go back to school. I left on good terms, I just feel that the record should be set straight.
I know quite a few people at the compnay and they assist people all day, if you choose to just sit there and complain rather than seeking help from the company that is your choice. However I recomend that you call Global and see what they can do for you!!

Jeff Kubba is not a partner, he is a ex-drug dealing do boy friend of RICKY THE RAT. They both are two time losers who know the federal prison system well.

I am sure this Joe fellow is another one being paid by Ricky the rat and Kuba the stank. Kuba and Ricky are partners.
Joe is most likely being paid just like the fake distributors were being paid, because everyone knows by now that these company's are all rip offs!
It's just a matter of time before they go to the big house unlesss they flee the country as they have in the past.

Problems? No fraud plain and simple. When I was given phony references two laws were broken. First the contract was made void even before I signed it that means I am by law due a full refund.
Second Global Resources violated Florida Law they were supposed to give 10 references closest to me. They gave me 3 and they were all out of Texas I know for a fact there were people they scammed in Texas but they sure weren't going to give me those names & numbers.
Again the legal & morally right thing to do is to refund my money. As to problems, you again make my case legitimate companies refund money when they can't fulfill a contract. I have talked to the actual lawyers involved in the Federal litigation. To their knowledge not a single person who has filed a complaint with their agency (over 300 was the last number I heard) against Global Resources has had their money refunded.

even you Joe or should I say Joke. How can you say that the suppliers ars slow to ship when all the money that comes in goes in Richard Goodmans pocket. Global is paying E-Mink for machines that Pantheon EZ-link was short on. Look, before global changed from perpaid cellular to internet machines Richard owed E-mink the MFG.company that makes the terminals about $150,000.for pantheon, the other scam THEY WILL ALL GO TO JAIL FOR! The suppliers dont ship slow, they get paid slow! Even when Global was selling prepaid cellular they stop sending people their phones because Ricky wanted his money in his pocket and not in their(distributors)hands.
Its real simple the only thing real about Global is that its a real RIP-OFF and thats the real truth. I will be swearing on it!!! and and thats NO JOKE. Global has had its share of problems, what company doesn't? However in my time there they were working to resolve the issues they have. They are shipping products whenever they can get them however some of there suppliers are slow working, and they are holding things up.
I am still in contact with some of the people at Global and they are still shipping and helping distributors out. Fraud companies don't stick around to help you and ship products, Global is a legitimate company and trying to rectify the situation.

It's very simple, real companys that offer legitimate products or services don't act the way Global Resources does. Real companys will have their supervisor handle complaints when a client has serious problems with the transaction. Global Resources never once called me for any other reason then to try to rip off more. Real companys don't hide behind contracts they intentionally created for deception. Real Companys give actual references. They don't pay off phony ones to act as real references . And last but not least , real companys don't have the US Postal Inspection Service , US Department Of Justice , and the Florida Department Of Agriculture launching investigations and filing lawsuits against them.

The FDACS is not there to help anyone get a refund, they are simply telling you what you want to here so they can get you to file a report.
If the FDACS does somehow shut down the company at that point you are guarrenteed not to get anything back. No company? No money? Nothing!! Any assests of the compnay will go to the state of Florida not to the distributors.
