CCCS gave us phone numbers to help our HARDSHIP situation. One of the numbers was United Way. They gave me several numbers FOR FORECLOSURE to call and one of them was Global Financial Group. I called 770-256-7881 (ceil phone) and spoke w/Daryl Hill. Mr. Hill informed me that not to worry about it.
If I pay $1,750(wired directly into Bank of America)HE would be able to stop the foreclosure only by means of filing documents into the court system but we would have to wait for the actual request from the attorney handling the foreclosure with the foreclosure date.
We had to pull out $1,750 from my husbands retirement fund that wiped that out. Also we did not try to attempt to pay our mortgages because Mr. Hill gave us his word that it would be taken care of by legal documents.
Sounded unreal but we were dumb enough to know better. Then HE discussed this sort of action with my husband, myself because I wanted my husband to hear what Mr. Hill had to say and verify what he had told me. On this conversation Mr. Hill discussed the fee of $1,750. We agreed.
We asked him if there would be any any other monies involved with this and he said NO except maybe a small fee for filing. Now HE is calling us for $600 a month to hold our property or "get a load of this" $10,000 would do away with all our mortgages. We would not have any mortgages at all! Or $500 each payday until it reaches $10,000.
It has become a victim of fraud! The company has no landline phone number for businesses other than ceil phone . There shows no Global Solutions Financial Group @411. Thank goodness at the last minute we filed Chapter 13 to stop the foreclosure or we would have lost everything we have worked for. And I bet none of the legal paperwork has been filed.
WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK ASAP. I have heard of scams but this is really bad. How can someone like him live with himself.

Global Solutions/Foreclosure Int. rip off / scam

This man Darryl Hill makes big promises how he and his team of lawyers can work with your mortgage company to help you avoid foreclosure and possibly get your house free. He is a one man show, you never get to talk to anyone but him as he is the only one working the scam. He tells you how the banks don't own your house and they have no rights to foreclose on your house.
He tells you that it is a constant battle with his team fighting on your behalf while milking you for more and more money along the way. He will tell you that the lawyers need to see money coming into the account to continue working on your case. He and his wife are the only 2 people you can talk to when you call the business phone (a cell phone, no land line at this so call business). When you contact your bank they will tell you that he nor anyone from his fake scam company has ever contacted the bank.
He make you feel that he is in contact with the bank but the bank will have to get your permission to communicate with a third party regarding your account. He has changed the company name during our ordeal with him maybe to hide and scam more and more people. Run from this man, run, run, run! How can he sleep? maybe never, he need much time to figure out how to catch new victims. God doesn't like ugly, he will scam the wrong person one day and maybe he will get his... @*&%?:

I was facing foreclosure and I was recommended to Global Solutions Financial Group. They had great knowledge and expertice. They spent numerous hours helping me understand the process. I am very thankful for Global Solutions and Darryl Hill for helping me stay in my home. I have been in my home for 3 years. I would be homeless without them! I know of several other people that they have helped as well. I don't understand why Bonnie made those comments. Darryl Hill is a very honest and helpful man. He has high morals and great character. He nor the company is a "fraud." I will continue to recommend my friends, family and associates to Global Solutions Financial Group.
