We jumped through many "hoops", paid deposit to only be told none of dates or location were now available!! Very rude people Fort Lauderdale Florida

Initially contacted to sit through a vacation presentation which would take 90 mins and regardless of our purchase or not we would receive a "free" trip to Veegas, Cancun, Florida, etc. with hotel and air fare all included!! Sounds great; but I had worked in this industry as a sales mangaer for several years and knew there would be several "hoops" to jump through in order to receive the fre gift. After submitting the paperwork, waiting for next hoop to present itself and sending off our $100.00 deposit, confirming our city for this trip and giving Spirit Incentives three dates to make our reservations we were all set. That is what this company and many like them would like you to believe!! Once it came time to verbally speak with someone regarding our trip itenerary and book the flight, I was told that there were zero flights out of Grand Rapids to Vegas and Vegas was not an option. They did have Ft. Lauderdale, FL and could get us (wife and I) on flight at 11:52 pm and we would be staying at a "tourist level" hotel. We would have to go on the only date they said was "available", which was in three weeks which definately would not work for us. Take it or leave it were the words that I was told by the Spirit Incentive booking agent!! Such unprofessionalism and deception!!

Still waiting for our refund of $100.00 deposit!!! BEWARE OF ANY TIME SHARE, VACATION PACKAGE, UPGRADE RESORT presentation. There is always a catch!!! I know this for fact as I was a succe$$ful sales manager for a few of these companies but chose to change industries due to the standard business practices of all of these companies. Make the money now, as much as you can, promise the buyer anything, provide minimal product or service (if at all) and file bankruptcy , change our name and start all over with new potential suckers!! BEWARE!!!
