Global Water for the town of Maricopa is unethical. They say the water bill will never be under $100. So they just set what ever price they want. I have almost a 200 water bill when I don't have grass to water. I don't have a pool. I don't have even a washing machine right now. If you get barely behind on a bill they will have a recorded massage non stop call your house. Even if disconnect. Is a month away. We called and communicate with there customer service Rep.
It said to do this in there recording. We did pay our bill in full. I Told the Rep we were stopping a shut off. I called my daughter prior the water was still on. I get home from work. You guessed it the water was shut off. I have a sick 6 year old vomiting in a waterless toilet. Bad night for us to get food poisoning. I won't give gross details. Now they want all these fees when I am and have been paid in full to turn on the water again. How can they charge that much for water?

How much are they charging for Water? How often do you get billed?
But beyond that, there is probably more to this story. It looks like you were delinquent to the point of them sending you a disconnect notice. It also appears that when you finally paid them ut was by phone. While you didn't come right out and say it, it looks like you paid it on the day it was to be disconnected. Based on a few things I wouldn't be surprised if you said that you paid them at 4:59PM and the disconnect time was 5PM. But if this is incorrect please tell us just how close to the disconnect date/time you did pay them. Keeping in mind that earlier in your report it seems as if they give you at least a month notice before disconnect.
