Globalink/Phonelinx credit card fraud.
I have had charges to one of my credit cards to a total of $249.75. These charges have not been authorized my me the above mentioned companies are taking part in credit card fraud. The billing started around June of 2002. I contacted them by phone and e-mail in June to have the charges stopped, by phone they stated that no more charges would be processed and there was not an e-mail response. Since then it has become impossible to reach them by phone. I no longer have their e-mail. I would like to file a complaint on this matter with the Fairfax County Consumer protection Division.
Please inform me as to what actions you are taking and what actions I should take.
