Fraud and illegal practices- Phonelinx used my credit card number without my permission to transfer 54.90 out of my account.

There must be laws against this!!! How can they get away with it?

I NEVER used this phone service, I have tried to cancel this service since early Sept. - now it is December and I still haven't received the promised refund: RIP-OFF
