In October,I noticed strange phonelinx charges on my credit card, called customer service to report. Dorinda from Phonlinx told me it was, mistakenly, charging people who had clicked an internet add, and that I would recieve a full refund...

I have tried to call back the number is having technical difficulties, no response to internet inquiry...
My credit card company does not think it can recoup charges...
