Stay away from globalinx and run if someone offer you this service. The only way you can have an account is by credit card. Any other company let you pay any way you want. Globalinx charges high taxes. My service was 24.95 a month and it was not clear. The calls kept breaking up and the taxes was 18.00 It takes too long to get someone on the phone when calling and the cs customer service rep are very rude. Any company that charges a cancellation fee do not charge another 25.00 in taxes. This is bullshit. The keep charging your credit card and you have to go through too much to get it straight. I had to close that account and open another one. 5linx claims they help people save money but u are really spending more. They charge you for the box, first month service, taxes and shipping and handling. I spent almost 200.00 just to sign up but I figure 24.99 a month was good. My bill was 52.35 a month which I still couldn't figure out how. And the list goes on....total rip off!!!!!
