When I didn't get a refund approx a month later I tried calling back and got a message that they were having phone problems and to try back later. I tried everyweek for approx 3 weeks. I got the same message. They owe me money for something I didn't even know we had purchased by clicking the cancel button on a pop-up while on-line. I not even sure how they got my checking account information. This is scary.
