When we were looking at using a moving company, Josh H. called me and showed me how they were
accredited with the BBB and had no complaints and were a reliable service. That was a LIE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their final cost end up being more than double the original estimate which they did not tell
us until after our stuff was supposed to have arrived.

Our shipment was more than 2 1/2 weeks late with no communication about when it would be here. We had to call several times to find out where it was, and there was always an excuse for why it was not there. Most of the time, they
did not answer our calls, we had to go through the dispatch to find out where our items were!

Upon delivery, they hired one man from a temp agency to unload the truck. My husband had to help unload the heavier items because they could not moved by one person. The driver also asked for cash only, not money order or check as per our agreement.
He also told us that we could pay the man they hired to reassemble our furniture because he would not do that, which was supposedly in our contract. They also left some furniture behind because it was "broken".
All of the furniture they packed was broken, and they lost the hardware and pieces to the crib so we could not put it together.

This is the WORST MOVING COMPANY in the whole world! Do not
use them!
